We are in the midst of a heat wave🔥

Stay cool, stay hydrated!

My fellow furfriends, please limit your outdoor exercise and consider indoor activities on hot days like today!

Stay cool and safe inside with air conditioning or fans and don’t forget to drink plenty of fresh water.

Heatstroke is a very real issue for dogs, especially brachycephalic and flat faced breeds like me.

I believe I’ll have my snacks here today

So just sit back, relax, put your paws up in front of that fan and let your humans wait on you for the day 😉

Be safe, stay cool and contact your veterinarian immediately if you ever suspect heatstroke in your pet.

  1. Henry is lazy and stretches out on the cool, hardwood floor. The air conditioning is on so Reese gets her exercise indoors playing fetch with her toys. Some days we’ll walk down to the lake and have a splash in the water.
