When you think of the Ontario SPCA, you probably think of dogs and cats looking to find their furever homes. I myself have been surprised that in addition to our 4 pawed friends they also have bunnies, birds, guinea pigs and more.
But did you ever consider a horse?
Yes, the Ontario SPCA also have horses that are looking to find homes.
Before my humom had dogs and cats in her life, she had horses. She can tell you that they have personalities, can express feelings, and they can and will enter a place in your heart that only they can fill. There is nothing like the friendship of a horse.
They are a majestic animal that can love and be loved just as much as any dog or cat.
Unlike small animals that you can adopt and bring into your home, horses have their own set of needs and requirements.
