Edie’s Pet of the Week for the
Ontario SPCA is
Winter
Winter is a 10 year old husky
He has been at the shelter since January
Winter came from a home where they did not have time for him and left him outside all the time
He is friendly, but may need some work on his manners
Winter needs an experienced owner
He likes to play with stuffed animals and is looking for a loving home to retire in
Winter does enjoy his time outside and would love to go for long walks
Winter is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated
His “Meet Your Match” personality is an orange busy bee, which is described as:
“I’m a naturally playful, curious, and trusting canine.
Take me for a big walk every day; give me something to do. After my job’s done, I’ll curl up in front of the fire with you in the evenings.” (Externally motivated)
Winter was also featured in a short youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KT8984WgKCM
