Once Upon A Rose Princess
Adventures Around The Campfire
I am honoured to be included along with 17 other dogs, 2 cats and 2 “Squatchies” in book 2 in the series of
Once Upon A Rose Princess – Adventures Around The Campfire
This book is a collaborative effort of a mother, Pediatrician, Dr. Debbie Mamome and her daughter, Gabriele Mamome, as well as the help they received from twitter friends who assisted with layout, design and editing.
As written in my first post about book 1 in the series, the book was inspired by a mother Dr. Mamone met on twitter who had a baby, Jasmine Rose, who was born with some medical challenges.
Book 1 – Once Upon A Rose Princess was published and available on Amazon when Jasmine was sent home from the hospital.
Book 2 – Once Upon A Rose Princess – Adventures Around The Campfire, was published and is now available on Amazon, just in time for Jasmine Rose’s 1st birthday.
The book is written out of love and the want to give back to something and someone special, and it is that reason that all proceeds from the books in both series go to Canines for Disabled Kids Charity.
The story line in “Adventures Around The Campfire” discusses fears and challenges some of the dogs have .
These fears are as real as are the dogs in the story. These are fears that children and even some adults can relate too.
We have Comet who was hit by a horse carriage and now uses a wheel chair to get around.
Gar has a fear of swimming
Buzz has separation anxiety
Moo is afraid of the dark
By discussing their fears they learn they can get through them and face these challenges with help from their friends.
Once Upon A Rose Princess – Adventures Around The Campfire is a book for children of all ages.
Included in the book are actual photos of each dog along with a brief bio about them.
I hope once again you can help support the book and the wonderful charity the proceeds go to by making a purchase on Amazon.com
