Dogs & Underdogs – Finding Happiness at Both Ends of the Leash

Technically not a pet product, but a book of inspiration, determination, and dedication. One women’s journey to help save dogs from across the globe. Each chapter of this book gives you a deep insight as to how dogs not only effect our lives, but how we can, and do, effect the lives of dogs. Whether it’s from the inside of a prison where both dog and inmate are brought together technically saving each other, or the patient rooms and hallways of a Toronto hospital.  This book is an emotional roller coaster that makes you think about where and how you choose the dog in your life.

CFL Sports Wear –  Tog Pet Wear by Kaursh

NHL and CFL sports wear for your dog. Edie likes to be a fashionable well dressed pug, but getting sweaters to fit a pug properly can be challenging. In some cases it requires the purchase of a size larger to accommodate Edie’s barrel chest thus causing the length of a sweater to hang past her tail, or the under belly of a sweater to hang low. This is not the case with her CFL hoodie. This sweater fits well, is durable, warm, comfortable and has kept its shape, while making it a fun and great way for Edie to cheer on her favourite CFL team.

PetSafe Eatwell 5 Meal Pet Feeder:

PetSafe Eatwell 5 Meal Pet Feeder

This feeder has to be my number one pick this year. As much as I like to think my cat Lloyd loves me so very much, in reality, he just loved the fact that I feed him. Lloyd associated me with food and constantly followed me around, begging to be fed each and every time he saw me. The last straw was when Lloyd started to wake me each and every morning at 5:00am. He didn’t care if it was a weekday or weekend, he just knew he was hungry and I was his “meal ticket”. The Petsafe Eatwell 5 meal feeder was easy to set up, runs on batteries so Lloyd had no worries if the power ever went out, and the feeder allowed me choose the times to “expose” Lloyd’s pre-measured food. What’s even better –  I no longer get the 5:00am wake up call! Now when Lloyd follows me around, it’s because he wants to be petted, not fed.

  1. I have been looking for information on automatic pet feeders and the The Petsafe Eatwell 5 Meal Feeder sounds great. Best of all, I love the story of your cat Lloyd – cat’s do become our best friends at meal time don’t they 🙂

    • The positive difference this feeder has made with Lloyd’s eating/begging habits is truly amazing! And it doesn’t hurt that I don’t get woken up at 5:00am anymore 😉
